Welcome to mentalbychoice.com. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of John O'Toole's professional services.
1. Booking and Deposits
A booking is only considered confirmed once a written agreement has been signed and the required deposit has been received. Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made by the Performer.
2. Performance Requirements
The Client agrees to provide a suitable performance space as discussed during the booking process. This includes adequate lighting, sound (if applicable), and a secure area for the Performer to prepare.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made by the Client within 30 days of the event date may be subject to the full performance fee. Cancellations made further in advance will forfeit the deposit but may not incur additional charges.
4. Liability
The Performer maintains professional liability insurance. However, the Client is responsible for the safety of the venue and the audience. The Performer is not liable for any injuries or damages caused by the actions of the audience or venue staff.
5. Intellectual Property
The performance, including all psychological techniques, scripts, and original effects, remains the intellectual property of John O'Toole. Unauthorized video recording or distribution of the performance is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the performance takes place.
